What is your terms of payment?
For payment <= 1000USD, 100% in advance. For payment >= 1000USD, 30% T/T in advance, and balance before shipment.

Can we get a free design and mold fee refund?
Yes. If you send us a physical sample, our team provides free part design work. Free mold design is also provided after contract signing, and the mold fee can be refunded when order quantity reaches a designated volume.
What is the lead time for urgent molds?
For simple and urgent molds, we can accelerate our manufacturing process to complete the mold and send out samples within 15 days.
